Dec 9, 2006, pre-registered groups, up to 5 persons, "departure" each 30mn.
90mn per person. One day workshop, as pilot program.
Location: at KEVIN HEAPHY FITNESS. 30 Vandam St., SOHO NY.


Step 1 - QUESTIONS TO MAGIC / 15 MN

A long list of questions, on your preferences, dreams and general fun, to fill in in a very limited time. Playful yet stressful. What are your fears, your blocks, what stops you. Write it down on one of these tiny papers.

 


Step 2 - BOXE THE TENSION OFF / 10 MN

Gloves, pads, and great trainers.
All it takes to play amd burn the extra energy.

 


Step 3 - LAUGH THE REST OFF / 10 MN

 

Step 4 - MASSAGE TO RELAX / 10 MN
5 chairs, 5 specialists, a direct access to dream.
 


Step 5 - DAY DREAM & DRAW / 15 MN

   
 

 

Relaxation, imagination, day dreams, journey within, and visual travel.

Draw what you saw.

   

Step 6 - PLAY WITH COLORS / 20 MN


Finger painting, with water base colors and bristol white paper. Just create. Freely.
   

Step 7 - BURN YOUR FEARS / 3 MN

 

Hold the micro list of fears & blocks onto the flame, then mix the ashes in sand with a little stick.

   


Step 8 - WRITE YOUR RESOLUTIONS / 7 MN

Write yourself a letter, about stress and ceativity. The letter will be sent to you one day, some day, and you will remind yourself of the state you were in today.

 

RESULTS after 90 MINUTES



- The questionnaire, access to magic, to take home & complete

- Fresh art work, drawings & paintings, proof that you can actually create unique images, available as soon as dry

- A letter to the future

- A big smile and maybe new friends

 

PS. What about the Fears ? The sand was from Coney Island, and went back to Coney Island.
